Accessing remote system

I would like to access my client system sometime using remote system to solve their problem where they have access databases.

My question is that is there any software which should allow me to access remote system without asking permission everytime ?

TV is not a best solution, please advise.

1 remote connect into their network, via remote desktop

2 VPN into their network

clients would need to be using something like terminal server or citrix and give you the appropriate access rights to enter without their permission each time.

I don't believe that is possible with something like teamviewer or jump, but could be wrong, you would need to check with the appropriate supplier
