Accessing User Level Security in Access 2010

I have a Access 2003 database (mdb) which is used via Access 2010. In Access 2007, "Users and Permissions" was still accessible in the Administrater tab but it isn't in Access 2010.

Is there a way of accessing "Users and Permissions" in Access 2010?

Thanks for your response.

I have the workgroup file pointed to via a shortcut and the users actually get the logon window showing that the ULS is working. But if I want to change or managed users or the user wants to change password, "Users and Permissions" doesn't show in the Administrater tab it did in Access 2007--unless I'm missing something (which is very possible).

I haven't tried, but you used to be able to get at the users/user group collections via DAO.

That may still work
