Achieve shift rotation and update table of workdays (1 Viewer)

Hello,
i would love some help please

In work there are 5 groups of people working in shifts like in my table

“shiftvlisttbl”

I would like to achieve this rotation with a query so given a year and month from form parameters and then another query, produce in my table “dutyrecordstbl” below, rows with days, groups, and shift rotation for the month of year

what is the purpose of dutyrecordstbl?
it is the same as shiftvlisttbl?

the shiftvlisttbl is the matrix
the purpose of dutyrecordstbl is to be used as source in crosstab query and monthly report so then, given a year and a month from parameters on that form to produce a report with people vs dates in that period like this (where ypallilosID) is a person belonging in particular group of those 5 groups
