Sure…you mean a crosstab query right? You can either base the crosstab query off of another query, or you can create a new field in the crosstab query based in the values in it.
What is your process and what is the value that will tell you if the record should be printed?
You'll probably have to take out everything but what you are working on and zip it. I have hotmail, so the file has to be super small. I'm off in about 20 min. So make it fast, or I wont be able to respond until tomorrow. You might wanna cut the table down a bit too...dunno.
