Add Options Without Pending in search form

Some records still pending not finished yet , I Need code or want to add Options (Without Pending& with Pending ) in Search form Becuse

FYI,
Most people do not want to waste their time figuring out how to break in to a database and search the forms for the releveant information. Provide a stripped down db next time. I did not fix your problem but this is useable for others.

Define what is a "complete" in distinction. You can check/filter on this feature.
Think first, then act.
