Adding "Options" in ER-diagram

1. From the ERD attached, for entity property_for_rent, may I know that how can I make it to have options like there are 3 types of property to be rent: Room, Flat or House.
and for each property, there will be 2 options whether the room/flat/house are furnished or not furnished.

May I know that how should I add them in?

2. Can someone tells me what is the purpose of having client_staff entity present in the above ERD?

I would suggest a table with 3 (or more) type Room Flat House..
tblPropertyType
PropertyTypeCode PK
PropertyTypeName

And for Furnished
I would add a boolean field to PropertyFotRent

PropertyFurnishedYN Yes if funished No if not
