Allocate Qty from Bin to PickList

Hi,
I want some help to create picklist database against customer order.

My project sample attached for reference.

I have created table Stock_By_Bin.all current stock are stored in this main table.
second i have created order line table.
Third created Pick list.

I want to created picklist based on order qty from Stock_By_Bin table using Create Picklist button.

Pls help.
