Any good example example databases - around "membership"

I was looking for any example databases which I could take a look at. I'm after one that deals with memberships and payments of fees. Like a sports club membership kind of thing, preferably something which deals with applications for entry to said club and subsequent refusal/acceptance, and then the payment & reminders side of it.

Although this isn't the same as my database, it's the closest thing I could describe which might have something similar.

I've come a long way with my own design but would like to look at something which has already been done professionally.

I had a look at the Northwind database but this doesn't handle the kind of areas which mine will need to.

NOTE: This isn't a case of me wanting to steal a database, more a case of looking how most people approach the table design of this style of database.

Try the Access db Wizard, Membership db is one of those listed
