You will find proof that right wind news has brainwashed people into believing their news is unbiased.
I make NO CLAIM that conservative bias doesn't also exist. I don't buy into that either.

And sometimes a little good news.

And I think there is plenty of Liberal Brainwashing to go around.

I bet if you stopped by the marina ( I live on a boat) and tried a little of my home made gumbo, wo would find plenty to agree one. My Grandmother was raised on a house boat in Lake Charles.

My wife was born and raised in Chak Bay, just about 5 miles from Thibodeau. She got grandmere's recipe for several things including the gumbo. But if we were comparing gumbo recipes, one of her high school classmates married a guy who for a while owned his own restaurant. HE makes a "Hunter's Gumbo" which, instead of chicken and pork sausage, might include duck and venison sausage. Not to be missed, I assure you.

I think if we were to compare notes, our biggest political issue is that I like the Constitution the way it is (more or less) and you want to change things a bit more than I do. My rationale for my position is seeing how there is a breakdown of respect for the constitution and I just feel that without adherence to written law, there is no stability. The mischief brought about by the Chevron Deference Doctrine (which finally got whacked this year) led to the emergence of the bureaucrats of the Executive Branch as de facto lawmakers when in point of strict law, it MUST be Congress who makes new law. When we make reference to the "Deep State" it is squarely found in the bureaucracy of the Executive Branch departments and their unforgivable penchant for making new laws, rules, definitions, and guidelines by fiat. That just CAN'T be allowed to continue.

Very well said. The administrative state (especially as it vaguely and whimsically makes rules which carry criminal sanctions but none of us are aware of, and the adjutication of which is totally corrupt), is one of those things that all sane people despise - I would go so far as to say MOST PEOPLE despise it - and yet nobody knows how to get rid of it or trim it to size. Hopefully Trump can

Who's the victim? Liberals have been victimized by the orange Hitler for eight years. ;)
They (the average right wing obsessive) are made to feel like they are the victims by their own party. That's how the propaganda works. They make you feel superior about you beliefs, that you are entitled to tell others, with different beliefs, how to live their lives, and you are all victims of the Liberal, what did they call it, the Biden Regime?

Each side feels under attack and claims the moral high ground. When we’re busy fighting each other, we’re distracted from the bigger issue the system itself.

Whereas right-wing realists like me feel we are the victims of left-wing obsessives who have been in power for the last four years and totally abused that power. AND because Congress was split during DJT's first term, they abused Trump so much with impeachment distractions and obfuscating legislation that he only got a fraction done of what he said he wanted to do. Before that, we had other left-wing obsessives in positions of power. From my viewpoint, many aspects of your position have reached or exceeded the level of obsessive-compulsive disorder. But of course you won't see it that way. Ho, hum, what else is new?

Megyn Kelly, in a podcast, became extremely livid over the endless obstruction and lawfare used by Democrats that prevented Trump from achieving his goals. She was responding to a question concerning the suitability of Matt Gaetz to serve as Attorney General. Her essential response, Gaetz is barroom brawler and its time to take-out the brass knuckles to clean-out the Justice Department.

LOL.
I had to start with that. In his first he presided over all of the economic failings that caused the inflation, His only success in office came after when de directed his minions to storm the castle, and them managed to blame the Biden Administration for it.

Now, at least we get to see the destruction possible with an unincumbered Trump at the helm.

Lets start a thread where we make predictions about his policies and how they are going to turn out. Lets say tariffs for instance. Oh and what about this round up all the bad boys and send them south, how's that going to work?

I'll tell you,

Tariffs:
Inflation at home, and loss of American Business interest and influence around the world. Maybe even leads to the end of the dollar as the Global Reserve Currency.

Mass Deportations:
Inflation, National Turmoil, no increase in productivity, no increase in the standard of living for citizens or legal residence, even more jobs move offshore. and oh yeah, did I say inflation.

The end of the Chip Act:
China literally destroys Taiwan and the entire planet is dependent on them (China) for our daily bread.

In his first act, that moron tried to influence the Fed to keep rates lower, even as inflation was already starting to boil over. Now, some other Trump supporting idiot is proposing we turn over the power of the Fed directly over to the executive branch. I know most people don't have the education or insight as to how the Fed keeps the world running, but without it they will certainly feel the earth quake.

I would love to hear some of you predictions. You want to start a new thread focused on that?

The pot calling the kettle black, only when Trump attacks people, you guys applaud. It's funny how proud y'all are in your enjoyment of the cool aid.

I'm more worried about this. All the focus is on Trump, meanwhile sleepy has woken up.

You are being bamboozled by your own propaganda. Only the left thinks in terms of victims and oppressors. Therefore, if we are the victims, YOU would be the oppressor and therefore the evil one. Go hang your head in shame you oppressor.

When you talk about impeaching an incoming President BEFORE he even takes the oath of office, just who do you think is oppressing whom? How can a person who is not even the President commit an impeachable offense? Try putting your thinking cap on occasionally.
What is my propaganda?

You have yet to understand, me being against Trump and Conservative Nazis style propaganda does not make me a supporter of Democrats or their propaganda.
It sounds like that you you because you are completely indoctrinated.

Yeah it does, you parrot the lefts misinformation about Nazis and Hitler.

My fear is that Biden is purposely inciting WWIII to cause problems for the incoming Trump administration. Between this and purposely importing millions of illegal immigrants one has to ask the question if the intent of the Democrats is to "end" the US as we know it. Democrats appear to be the "enemy within".

As a side note to the above. Biden pulled out of Afghanistan in a very incompetent manner that gave terrorists a lot of US military equipment. Biden has also not enforced sanctions against Iran and has allowed US companies to buy oil from Venezuela, a country the US had sanctions on.

Biden, it appears, wants to further complicate the Ukrainian war as much as possible before Trump assumes office. This is being done to frustrate Trump's ability to end the war. First, allowing Ukraine to use US long range missiles. Now allowing the use of anti-personnel mines which is discourage by the international community. Biden is incrementally escalating the US involvement in the Ukrainian war and increasing world WWIII tension.

Fox news just released this article:
President Biden approved sending anti-personnel mines to Ukraine late Tuesday, a reversal of policy and yet another escalation in the conflict with Russia ahead of President-elect Trump's inauguration.
"The Military Industrial Complex seems to want to make sure they get World War 3 going before my father has a chance to create peace and save lives," Donald Trump Jr. posted on social media after Biden's long-range missile approval. "Gotta lock in those $Trillions. Life be dammed!!! Imbeciles!"
