is there a way to keep track of the users and which form they updated and when? and to be able to view/print reports of it?

this is provided tt i use the group security feature with User ID and password

Go back to that thread for there are a few discussions about how to do it with a subform [I have never had the need]. If you need to post a question I suggest that you do it within that thread but ensure you read all of the responses in that thread before you post your question.

i dont mind doing it manually... but i just need a way to archiving just tt text box..... i'm totally new to this archiving .... so sorry if i sound a little dumb!
