Auto complete (1 Viewer)

I'm using Access 97 and would like to know if it has an Auto Complete feature. Thank you very much.

What exactly are you trying to do?

Every year I create a database of contributions. I average approx. 250 - 300 records. For each item I enter the date, description, condition, value and whom I donated it to. There are a lot of duplicate entries throughout the table. It would be easier if I had an auto complete option.

i.e.
If I type "ve", "very good" would be displayed
If I type "sh", "shirt would be displayed
If I type "Bi", "Big Brothers"' would be displayed


....... obviously, I am a novice and I do appreciate your help

You should be aware though that if you upgrade, in the newer versions the Auto Correct feature is bug ridden and you'll almost certainly have to turn it off
