Is there a way to auto populate a table or form in Access from an Outlook email? For instance, if I send a survey via email and the survey is taken and sent back via email is there a way to have that data auto fill into the database or will the info need to be manually data entered? Many thanks for any feedback.

The short answer is yes, but to help provide a solution will need to know more - for example:

Is the survey an attachment?
If yes then in word or excel or something else?
What protection is in place within the form to ensure only valid answers can be provided?
Is there anything in the form to ensure answers are correctly located?
Does IT allow users required access to the email server?
Will the returning email header and addressee be specific enough to identify this is a survey response
etc

Also, google:

collect data access <YourAccessVersion> email

to check out the automated built-in option

I will watch the demo and let you know if I have any other questions. Thank you both for the response!
