Back out updates having not used an indicator or kept the update table

Hello,

I'd like to find out if there is a way to remove updates that I made to a single table field yesterday without having used any indicator (like a timestamp) or kept the table of updates that I made.

Can anyone advice? I thought that there may be a last rowupdate date or something like that that I could utilise.

You may have to look at the backup from the previous day to compare the two database to determine the changes.
