Any suggestions of the best book or web site to learn MS SQL?

One more thing I want to leverage my knowledge of Access in the process.

I like "Microsoft Access Developer's Guide to SQL Server" by Chipman and Baron.

I'm a huge fan of the In a Nutshell books and I find the SQL one extremely helpful.
