Border color Office 2007 (1 Viewer)

This may sound silly, but is there a way to change the light blue border color of Office 2007 programs ( i.e. Acces, Outlook, ...) to another color ?
If yes, how to do that ?

I think that would be a function of the 'Windows Theme'.

Thanks Ken, but unfortunately that doesn't do. Changing the active border in the desktop properties does change the border in all programs ( Firefox, etc) , but does NOT change the border color of any Office 2007 program.
Any other suggestion.
