You think America looks more kindly on Britain because so many of us are descendants? (My father's ancestor left Stonham Aspal, Suffolk, England and sailed on the Diligent from Ipswich to America.) http://members.cox.net/oldcolony/families/packard1.shtml

And Britain looks upon us with distain because we "rebelled, and ran away from home"

About the reindeer...why is it okay for people to walk dogs, or ride horses, without sanitation nearby then? That's just insane. Are they suggesting that there would be more disease from a trained and kept reindeer than a dog kept as a pet that may not have been washed in a few months?

You're throwing it away again Joe, stop and think

What are you talking about?

The woodworking business is going away on its own. Construction in this area is on the decline.

You’re thinking that I’m giving up a lucrative woodworking business, to pursue the camera control stuff. Well that would be justification to give me warning.

No; that’s not it.

For the last months my drawing business and my database business have been actually paying most of the bills. And if you factor in the time spent the earnings for both have been substantially higher than the shop.

I have about 4 months worth of work in the shop, after that I won’t be taking any new orders.

I’ll take the time I was spending working in the shop, and use it to rent out my considerable collection of movie making tools.

While continuing to sell my database to more builders and doing drawing for builders.

My days of doing manual labor are coming to an end. From now on out, if I build something, it’s going to be for me. Remember I just got out of a 17 year relationship a year ago and I still need a whole house full of furniture.

Anyway there it is.
