Button Problem in MS Access 2016

i have created a table and report in ms access 2016 and i want to place a button in my report but after i click on button and draw a button the wizard is not opening due to which the button i created is non functional i also selected the control wizard but not help full. i have successfully created a button when i use MS Access 2007. Dont know whether its is a bug in MS Access 2016 or i am doing something wrong.... Plsss help me

how is that? you can just click the command button on the ribbon and place it anywhere on the report.

it won't be visible in Print Preview though only in Report View.

i am not talking about viewing of button i am taking about creating a button on my report in design view for printing all report and print a single report and search report.
