Question Calculate total time taken

I have a table with Start_Date and End_Date. I want to calculate total time taken between excluding weekends (Fri / Sat)

How can we exclude weekends and calculate time only for working hours (7:15 am until 2:30 pm)

for example task started at 20/06/2016 1:30 and completed on 21/06/2016 08:30 am, the total time taken is 2:15 minutes or 135 minutes.
