This is more of a favor for anyone who is interested in helping me on a questionnaire database.

I have a database that gives the questions for managers to answer. The questions are based on YES/NO/NA

I'm running the total by number of Yes divided by questions answered.

It a little complicated to explain by details, but I prefer working with someone who can help me out on a 4.5 meg database(zipped). If the file is not zipped than you're looking at 24 meg.

If anyone is interested let me know, maybe you can give your email and I can email it to you.

Thanks,
Michael

Pat,

It really hard to explained, only if there is a way I can attached the database.

It has nothing to do with the null value.

Using the formula below it not as perfect as I thought it would be.

=(Sum([Total Yes])/Sum([Total Questions]))+((Sum([Total Overall])/Sum([Total Count]))/100)

Trying to get an average score of 3 grades: 90 + 71 + 57 = 73%

Unfortunately I'm not getting that.

Pat,

If you want I can attach couple snapshots of my database of what they look likes when getting average scores from each employee.

I will try to get it by next week because I'm done with work right now.

Thanks,
Michael

Aleb,

Let me know if you're still interested in helping me out. If so, my database file (winzip) is 4.35 megs.
