Calculations in Reports (1 Viewer)

Hi,

At the bottom of each of my reports I have a text box that displays the total number of records within the report.

What I am trying to do is create a new report that will show the values from each of these text boxes, basically producing a summary sheet.

Is this possible?

One way of doing this is creating a query based on the information that is being fed to the report, which counts the number of records and then use that to feed your summary report. Think that you will need one query per main report and then union the reults together to feed the summary
