Not sure what you mean. You can simulate visibility by matching the fore and back colors.

I will play with that some more. I guess it is not possible to change the wording - Open vs Locked - but no big deal if I can show Locked or shade that out on the "open" records .. Thanks!

Do you need both.

If the Control is not enabled then is it not locked.

If the Control is enabled then is it not unlocked.
