if i do 2 at a time it wont work
but 1 at a time works, why is that?????

insert into room values ('00012','1A','B','120','00002','Sports Hall','N','0');
insert into room values ('00013','1B','B','20','00002','Changing Rooms','N','0');

As for your question, in ORACLE you'd use a SQL script.
In Acces, you need to use VBA.
