Not sure if this can be done or not but does anyone know how to display the contents of a folder using Access.

I was thinking possibly viewing it using a list box like you do when it's based on a query then when a file within the folder is selected it then opens up the file ready for updating, ie inserting a PDF document.

I have set the network path in the hyperlink on click event of a cmd button but that opens the folder in question up in Tree View mode which I'm trying to avoid.

Is there another way?

Thanks

Yes, you can. Find the method and necessary programs here: External Files' List in Hyperlinks

Thanks, I've seen something similar to this method but it turns out that what I need is to first display the folders within a folder, not the documents within those folders, if you know what I mean.

For example: I have a folder on the network that has over 1000 folders within
that i need to display using the folder name, then when a folder is selected it then displays the contents of that file to allow further documents to be saved to

Any ideas?

Thanks
