Cannot adjust report height in normal view

I am trying to open a report in normal view, popup & modal so the user can view the report prior to printing it. Problem is, the report will only open to a certain height and ends up cutting off the bottom inch of the report. The report is only about 7 inches high by 6 inches wide to begin with, yet it is only opening to 6 inches high. I have tried changing the all of the properties and even DoCmd.Movesize but nothing seems to work to change the height. I have never noticed this issue before.

Is this normal? Or is something possibly corrupted? :banghead:
