I have a simple macro (A2007) that outputs multiple reports to specific locations. It works fine.
I would like to disable the warning about "Report BlahBlah already exists. Do you want to replace it?" that pops up before each output.

I've started the macro with:

SetWarnings-----No
OpenReport------AvailInvRollsRPT, Print Preview, , , Normal
Close------------Report, AvailInvRollsRPT, Prompt
OutputTo--------Report, AvailInvRollsRPT, PDF Format (*.pdf), P:\WarehouseDB\InventoryReports\Available Rolls Inventory Report.pdf, No, , 0, Print
OutputTo--------Report, AvailInvRollsRPT, PDF Format (*.pdf), N:\R&D WH INV REPORTS\Available Rolls Inventory Report.pdf, No, , 0, Print

It repeats from "OpenReport" for 4 different reports, then closes with:

SetWarnings-----Yes

Is there an easy way to stop the "Report BlahBlah already exists. Do you want to replace it?" dialogue box?

Thanks

Easy, of course, is in the eye of the beholder, but I would delete the old files first.

Well, poooh, can't believe that never occured to me.

Really does help to have a second set of eyes look at an issue.

Thanks so much.:D
