Can't enter more text in text box

On my form, I have a text box for entering notes on a particular contact. While enter extensive notes for a contact, it stopped mid-way and would not let me enter more text.

Is there a letter/word limit? Any ideas of how to fix this?

Is the field set to a memo data type?

I'm not sure... the 'Selection Type' is set to text box. Is that what I need to change?

Simple... as you hinted, the data type needed to be changed to 'memo'.
