Can't find project or library

Hi,

Today I had to reinstall my office 365 after getting rid of Windows 10 from my system. Now it turns out my database is missing some files of links, I don't get it. It has been working for months really good and now it plays up. It most have to do with the reinstallation.
After opening the database, the system gets back with:
Can't find project or library
How can I solve it so I can run my database again??
I've found out the Microsoft Excel 16.0 Object Library is missing. I've tried to locate this on the web, but I did not succeed in this??

Try a Repair Install for Excel.

I've installed the older version that worked fine!
