Can't update the record

Hi
I have a excel file and try to copy and paste to my table in access. It prompts the message:
'Update or CancelUpdate without AddNew edit'

Before I can do this operation, but now can't.

Please advise how to fix.

Hmm, not sure how you are trying to copy it into your database but why not just link to it? Or even import it in? That said, can you provide us with details as to how you are copying it in?
