Centralised database issue!

Hey guyz ,

i have built a system in access 2003 and i want to install it in such a way so that different users can use it to add and update records. How to i install the system with a centralised database that will unable different users to access it from their pc??

What record locking issues must be taken into consideration when configuring the system??

Add to that, "Securing a Database" and "Workgroup Security" because you probably don't want those users to have admin rights.
