Change Text Colour

I currently import data from a spreadsheet and update a table with the information using an update query.
What I want to do is if the data in the table is changed with the data in the spreadsheet than change the colour of the text.

Is this possible

The closest I can see to doing this would be to add a field to your table that indicates if the data has been updated by the spreadsheet data. Then you could use conditional formatting in a report.
