Check Box Dots

Whenever I check or uncheck a check box in my forms the label that is associated with it is surrounded by dots. I'd ideally like to get rid of this even though it's just visual as it would improve the look of my form.

Anyone know how to do this?

That is the Windows Selection and it works for ALL controls within Windows, not just Access. That is not something you can really get rid of.

You could set focus on a different control. Then that control will have dots.

if you delete the label for the check box, and then replace it with another label, the new label will not be associated with the check box, so you probably wont get that behaviour any more
