For some reason when I saw this thread the concept of being able to have customized check boxes became quite interesting to me, especially relative to the link to an article by Allen Brown as provided by vbaInet that explains how you can use the Wingding font to display various characters, including check boxes, etc,, in a text box.
I thought it might be of interest to others if I could put a small demo together to show how this concept might be implemented and used on a form.
If you are interested in this, please download the attached Access .accdb demo file which can be opened with Access 2007 or Access 2010. I have also attached the .mdb version for those of you who use Access 2002 or Access 2003.
