check box (hide_unhide)

I have a situation,

I have created two combo boxes that I want to appear only when a specific check box is checked.

For example

Is adjustment QTY greater than 5000 units (check box) - If box is checked, a Managers Combo box would appear

Is Adjustment QTY greater than 10000 Units (checkbox) - If Box is checked, A Vice Presidents Combo box would appear.

Please help.
