I have blogged about the north-wind database problems, well, the earliest version of it anyway... I'm not sure about the later version, I haven't bothered to go through it. The older version of the MS Northwind Database has some strange issues which will really mess you up if you try and use it! I did a couple of videos by way of explanation on my blog here:-
