Code to change value in table (1 Viewer)

Hello , i have an open form (sale) , with subform (salesDetails). In subform i have a field (NewQuantity). How i can store the value of field "NewQuantity" , in table "Products" , field "StockRoom1".
Can i do that with UPDATE and how?
