What qualifications do you have, to say that someone you have never met has "mental issues"? I can't understand why you are too scared to answer.

The qualifications of observation of a person's obsessive behavior. It doesn't take a doctor, or a rocket scientist to identify someone that is displaying extremely obsessive actions. You have strayed over that line many times. So, I will say again, I believe you have a mental problem. It matters not that I can diagnose such with professional accuracy. My belief cannot be questioned as it is my belief. Each person can come along with their own belief based on the evidence available.

And okay, you've never sent me emails directly, but I've received them through my website. So submitting the Feedback form does entail sending email as that is what it does. So I never lied about that, but did not share the entire method by which I received the obsessive and abusive comments which you continued to make as I tried to ignore you.

So, you are back and still obsessed and as I said before - you have a mental issue. You can't let it go - you obsessed over it and you sent threatening messages as well as trying to coerce me to answer and if I would not you would continue your harrassment.

Your behavior does constitute harrassement and could be prosecuted (yes, I even talked to your own police department there in Essex to find out what was possible). So, I would say that you should

1. Just drop it and say no more about it
2. Go on with life and the Watercooler and don't post anything in the help areas UNLESS you are seriously helping.

Colin obviously suffers from a chronic case of Nostalgia.

I have seen reactionary foundation members at another forum drive it to oblivion because they couldn't handle change as new members joined. They would ban anyone who didn't comply with their strict concept of the site's culture. In the end only the boring members remained. Thankfully AWF is more enlightened than that.

In those days we had a good little family, (Hayley, Rich, Lyns, Me, Ally, Ken, Mile-O, Brian and others) and we were all mates, we spoke frequently by PM and generally had a good friendly time.

Nowadays it seems that people here (like Bob and his cronies) are only interested in taking the glory and saying "look how wonderful I am" - well to be honest, I'm not interested in answering stuff for that end - I'm not American - so world glory is of no interest.

Yes I know some answers but I'll keep quiet because I would hate to be tarred with their omnipotent brush of glory.

Claiming Bob is only intersted in glory is ridiculous. Bob isn't especially choosy and gladly answers trivial questions along with the complex ones.

Colin's post, particularly "taking the glory" speaks loudly to me that he resents Bob for answering questions because disrupts his own elitist sensibilities and denies him the opportunity of glory. The clear implication in Colin's choice of phrase was that glory was there and Bob took it from him.

The only one I see wielding the "omnipotent brush of glory" is Colin. It is just that the paint dried on the brush while he was too busy chest beating.

Ok, lets look at this - you at last vaguely admit you are not a qualified Psychiatrist or Psychologist, so, that means that your "mental issues" comment was little more than schoolboy humour, unfounded and rash - bearing in mind it was made after a comment about John Lennon's death I made. So in other words it was a joke. I can live with that.

This is incredible, you seem to be obsessed with me for some reason, to the extent of contacting our local police force - I'm sure they had a good laugh, assuming you told them the truth.

So to sum up - you vaguely admit it was a joke about the original mental issues comment - I'll let the others go as heat-of-the-moment comments.

You fabricate and exaggerate events (the emails) - I'll let that go as you wanted to create as bad an image of me as you could.

You seem obsessed with me - that's ok, I'm a likeable sort of chap really.

I am amazed they responded at all. You normally have to say you have a gun before they take it seriously. Anyway - would they prosecute here, or would Col need to be extradited.

I suppose if he rang direct they would have to humour him and speak with him. Anyway, he is a Yank, so I guess he has an arsenal of guns.

Still, the issue is closed now as far as I am concerned. Perhaps this thread should be locked to avoid it dragging on.
