Column Break

[Learn2010]

I have a report that needs to be set up in 2 columns using the school year, 2012-2013, 2013-2014, etc. My issue is this. The columns go down the page and continue on the right side for column 2 in the correct order. Is there a way to have the columns break for the school year?

I currently have this:
2012-2013 2014-2015
2012-2013 2014-2015
2012-2013 2014-2015

2013-2014 2015-2016
2013-2014 2015-2016



I need this:
2012-2013 2012-2013
2012-2013

2013-2014 2013-2014

2014-2015 2014-2015
2014-2015

2015-2016 2015-2016

I found your reference and it worked for me.

Open the report in design view and click on the "sorting and grouping" icon in the task bar.
Set the options below "sorting" as;

Group Properties
group header "yes"
group footer "yes"
group on "each value"
group interval "1"
keep togeather "whole group"
