Combo Box - drop down list has unwanted checkboxes

Hi! I have a new combo box I've added in my form and linked it to the list I want users to choose from. The rest of my drop down boxes list the choices, however this new box I added has check boxes in it. I don't want that as I want to limit the drop down to only allowing one option from the list.

I can't figure out how to get my new box to look like the old boxes... Any help would be much appreciated.

It sounds like the combo is bound to the new multivalue field, which I personally wouldn't use.

Thanks... but I'm not sure exactly what that means... do you have any advice on how to fix it?

I don't have much design experience... usually I just alter existing forms and reports.

Check the field the combo is bound to in the table. My guess is it's the new multivalue field. Change it to a normal numeric or text field and see if that changes the combo. You may need to create a new one, but I'm not sure.
