Combo Box dynamic update

Hi everybody
I have a combobox which shows a list of items that need billing
i want the item to be removed off the combobox once it is billed.

It sounds like you want to requery the combo, which should make it refresh the selections based on its rowsource query.

basically i want to see that the same item is not billed twice, hence if the billed item is removed from the combo then double billing can be avoided

i checked the requery..it dint work.it still shows all the items

What is the rowsource of the combo? It would have to be excluding billed items somehow.

As Paul said, you have to have some way of marking a given item as paid, then you have to requery the combobox, excluding items that are marked as paid.
