I've looked at your sample and to be honest your table structures need work you have no unique identification fields for your hospitals (Autonumber or similar) and no foriegn key to relate the tables. You also need form/s to input your details as entering directly into tables is never a good idea also would cut down on work when generating a record to pick from list to input info into Accounts Info table and limit the chance of user input error.

Have a look at the attached sample it should point you in the right direction and post any questions you might have.

Good luck John :)

You need to take a step back and read up on normalisation, naming conventions and reserved words and characters first.

Ok no probs the afterupdate event in the first combo box is probably what you after in the sample I posted.

Good luck :)

the main concept is that the second combo box (products) is effectively filtered by the first combobox (customers), so that the second combo box shows you the products for the selected customer only.

This is achieved by basing the second combo box on a query, which uses/takes into account the setting from the first combo box.

So after you make a selection from the first combo box, you requery the second in the "afterupdate" event of the first.

effectively combobox2.requery
