combo box problem (1 Viewer)

I am trying to create a combo box using the wizard. However when I access the part of the wizard where I pick which fields I want to access, two of them do not show up (the ones I need). It is the name (a long text). Only the date fields show up. I don't know if that is the reason, but everything else is the same.
I am a completely newbie - just learning, but this has me stumped!

Hi
If the field is Long Text then it will not be available to select.
If you carry on using the wizard and just the Date field you can then go the the Record Source of the Combobox to add in the Long Text field
