Combo box question (refering to "form dilema") (1 Viewer)

D-Fresh suggested using a combo box for a solution to accessing addresses. The problem I'm seeing with that, is that I only will need one of the possible addresses at a time, not both of them. Is there a way to specify one or the other?

Doug gave you the answer Column(1) gives you the first address column(2) the second decide which you want to refer to.
