combo box updating a list box

Hello,

I'm a beginner in the Access world.. had a two day crash course.

I am trying to populate my list box when I make a select in my combo box.

eg: Combo box-select vendor, which then would populate my Product Name box.

Can someone take a look at this datebase and give me some advice? I don't have a huge understanding of code..so please bare with me.

Sorry my attachment wasn't working. Here is a snapshot of my form.

I'd like to select a Vendor name, then get all the products associated with that vendor to populate the Product Box, which from there the user will select the product and enter in the new prices.

The concept you're looking for is called "cascading" combo boxes. Searching here on that should turn up numerous threads on the subject.

I do have another question:

I want to be able to list the bulk price and unit price associated with the product name I selected. Help?

Once I get that populated..what's the best way to then change the prices and get them to update to the table correctly?

Hard to say without knowing the table structure. It appears that you already have the price showing in the subform, so presumably any changes made there will be reflected in the table.
