Compareing data in 2 sheets

I have 2 columns in 2 spreadsheets, please see the example attached, it explains the concept of what I am trying to do, the real file is much longer, about 1200 rows and 2 columns
The data in the first column are not arranged similarly in the two spreadsheets as you can see
I need to compare the data in those two spread sheets, ie a way to find what is written i column B for each value in the first column in both spreadsheets and in case of discrepancy I need some sorts of indicator, maybe a color change of the cell or anything else
Can this be done please?

In Sheet1, C2 enter formula:

=VLOOKUP(A2,Sheet2!A:B,2,0)=B2

copied down

and in Shee2, C2 enter formula:

=VLOOKUP(A2,Sheet1!A:B,2,0)=B2

copied down

TRUE result meets the matches are identical. FALSE result means there is a mismatch in the other sheet...

You can filter (using Data|Filter|AutoFilter) for FALSE to address those...
