Compilation error on Conversion

I want to use Access 2000 to open & save a db which was created in Access 97. When I attempt the conversion access tosses up a Compilation Error. Does anyone know what would cause this or is this just one of those MS thingies? On first glance it seems as if after clicking "OK" I can use the db in 2000, but it might not be converted? Any information on this subject would be helpful. Eventually I want to convert everything to Access 2000 if possible, not be stuck in 97.

Thanks Tony, I compiled it in 97 and found one tiny piece of "hopefully" stray junk code & now it has converted ok.
