Complex Report - can it be done?

Hi everyone,

I'm wondering whether this report can be done, if it can, I'll appreciate any help if getting it done.

I have a table with approx 10,600 records of patients with cancer.
The fields are - County, Village, Year, Site

There are about nine (9) counties, each with up to 15 Villages
The years run from 1995 to 2004
There are five (5) sites (BREAST, PROSTATE, COLON, CERVIX, LUNG)
The table contains 10,649 records

I would like to generate a report showing number of incidences by Site, County/Village and Year

A sample of the report format is attached.

Can this be done in Access..

I think you could do this with a main report with Grouping set on the Site field and an embedded crosstab query. Link the crosstab to the main report by Site.
