Concatenate fields with a common value

Hi,

I'm trying to group different records with the same key value. Let me show you an example:

ID / Person ID / Title
1 / 1 / Title 1
2 / 1 / Title 2
3 / 1 / Title 3
4 / 2 / Title 4
5 / 2 / Title 5

I want to build a query that would concatenate the field Title based on Person ID:

Person ID / Title
1 / Title1, Title 2, Title 3
2 / Title 4, Title 5

How could I do this? Your help will be appreciated.
