im having problem with my access form condition

the first 3 truck pick up rate should be 200 then the Succeeding trucks's rate be 100.....how can do this in code?pls help

I am afraid you are going to have to provide a little more detailed information.

Is the "first 3 truck pick up" a value that is assigned when there is a load big enough that it takes 3 trucks, or what?

Is this based on one customer, one location, or ... ?

A little more info about how your form is designed might also be helpful.

details:
-1 truck
-10 customer/store (in 1 area)

im sorry...i mean the rate of the first 3 pick up of a truck in a common area should be 200 then the succeeding 7 will be 100....incase the first pick up is a full load then rate is 200 and the succeeding 9 will be 100

all info/data regarding the truck pick ups are encoded on the form daily..im hoping that the rate will automatically change or update in the form depending on the condition above before i click on the save button..

pickups or drops?

do you mean if you have 5 pickups, you will want to charge some at 200 and others at 100

you will have a problem doing this directly with access, and probably doing this yourself.

How do you decide which 3 were the first 3?

Access doesn't do "firsts", unless you tell it which is first!
