Is it possible to apply conditional formatting to a listbox?
Or do I need to redesign the what's in the listbox to a subform?

This is nice.
I was looking for background change, but this would work for the font change in color.

You're welcome. As you can see, the options for colorizing listboxes are limited.

As already stated, subforms give much more scope for formatting
