Confusing myself--more report woes

I am trying to create a report for a weekly time sheet... I need to be able to show each date for the week (horizontally) and for each employee I need to be able to show hours worked each day and then a total hours worked for the week at the end of the row. I know it can't be difficult but I'm just not doing something right (keep getting the same date across the report)...

There are a couple of ways of doing this, but for starters I would advise that you look into a Crosstab Query.
